opened in March, 2003. It is just off highway 61 on the corner of Long Avenue and 8th Street in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. It is a consignment arts and crafts store.
The shop features handmade and hand-crafted work from over 40 artists. Most of them live in the Twin Cities Metro area. Because the artists are so creative, shoppers find an endless variety of items and styles. You'll find something for yourself or a great gift for someone else.
The shop is set up by color or theme, not by artist. This way you get an idea of how items could actulally look in your home. The shop feels warm and has a very friendly atmosphere.
Antiques are scattered about. Some are displays and others are for sale.
gets new items every week. Because of the different styles the inside design changes often. One week you may find a patriotic theme at the entrance and on your next visit it wil be changed to something else. You might see an old ladder stacked with handmade soap one week and red floral arrangements on it the next!
Shoppers slowly wander through the store looking at small furniture, baby items, handmade beaded jewelry, quilts, floral arrangements, primitives, whimsical wire work and so much more.
offers several free services.
We have a very unique gift registry. The shopper completes a Wish List. Shortly before special dates we mail the Wish List to someone she has chosen to receive it. Then that person brings the list to the store and we help them find the perfect gift for you - one you've already selected!
Gift certificates are also available.
Every Saturday we offer a selection of Minnesota made foods to sample. There is also BBQ sauce, honey and jellies to try.
We have soap samples for our customers to try, too.
